ORDER PROCESSING

Annelore is dedicated to fast service and will process your order within one business day. Orders are shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please note that orders placed with different billing and shipping details, as well as orders for international delivery, run the possibility of being delayed as we verify information pertaining to the order.

SHIPPING METHOD

Annelore ships domestic orders via UPS and international orders via FedEx.

TAX

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within New York at the local tax rate.

SPECIAL CODES

An Annelore special codes can only be used one time and at its full amount.  If the full amount is more than the total purchase price,  
Annelore will issue a new code for the remaining balance.  Keep in mind, special codes cannot be used for shipping charges.
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your Annelore purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit. The items returned must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached) and in their original packaging. Please email sales@annelorenyc.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request authorization for an exchange. Upon approval, instructions for an exchange will be provided. You assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise being returned, as well as any additional shipping costs, taxes, and duties.

All sales of reduced merchandise are final - no exchange or credit allowed.
